Mexico AMOR 2008 Trip Information

Bus Trip Dates: April 5 to 12, 2008 (Saturday to Saturday)
Truck & Early Team: Friday, April 4 to Sat., April 12, 2008

 

Important Dates to Remember


January 6 @ Noon: Information meeting in Richards Hall.
Remember, this is NOT a "spectator" event! It takes ALL of us to complete our task!!

February 2: $100.00 Non-refundable deposit & trip deadline

Team Work Day: Saturday, March 1st, 8:30 pm -12:30 pm
All student & adult paperwork completed & turned in.
Proof of support letters addressed for mailing DUE!

Team Lunch: Sunday, March 16th, 12:00 to 2:00
FINAL Trip Payment DUE! OR PROOF of Mailed Support Letters, etc.
(Scholarships available only for team members making an effort to raise support!!)

Freezer Food Delivery: Monday, March 24
HELP!! - Monday, March 24 @ 3:00 pm - Deliver food to St. Andrews
HELP!! - Thursday, April 3 at 1:30 pm - Food from St. Andrews to SFC

Produce Wash Afternoon: Wednesday, April 2nd, 12-3 pm

Packing Day: Thursday, April 3, 2007
Four drivers needed to pick up rental trucks - 9:00 am @ "LifeHouse"
"Anticipated" equipment packing to begin 11:00 am, "LifeHouse"
"Anticipated" food packing to begin - 2:30 pm "LifeHouse"
Luggage & camping gear - 6:30 pm to truck in back parking lot
Each team member is responsible to pack their own gear!!

Here We Go!!!
Early team trucks leave - Friday, April 4 @ 7:00 am
Main team meets for prayer - Saturday, April 5 @ 8:00 am
Bus departure - Saturday, April 5 @ 8:30 am - sharp!!
