A Few General Bits of Information...

| The laws are changing for international
travel. ALL individuals coming on an AMOR Mission Trip after
December 1, 2008, need to have a passport for the country of which
they are citizens. |
| For example: Canadian Citizens need a
Canadian passport. U.S. Citizens need a United States passport. |
| Visit www.travel.state.gov
for up to date information. |
| Please make sure your families begin the
process as early as possible to ensure that they have enough time to
acquire a passport for their trip with AMOR Ministries. |

| Saratoga Federated Church is requiring that EVERYONE

| We need to be prepared to show our citizenship! |
| NOTE: Our ADULT
Student Ministry Staff on each bus will be collecting the STUDENT
Birth Certificates and giving them to Tim for safe-keeping. Students
will be given their certificates on the morning we cross back into
the United States. Parents, be sure to help with this to see that
the documents get in the correct hands and on return, please ask
your student "where they are!" Thanks!! |
| Medical Information: Parents
and ADULTS, it's EXTREMELY important that we have "FULL"
medical information for YOU and/or YOUR STUDENT. If there are any
medical conditions or if special medication is prescribed, this
information is critical to getting their/your needed care. And note
this information is confidential and will be available ONLY to our
SFC staff & medical team. |
